In Conversation with Ananya Sharma – Alumni of 2012

I’m Ananya Sharma, and I’m a doctor by profession. I completed my schooling in the year 2012. It gives me immense pleasure to be associated with Vidhyashram. The term school brings a lot of great memories back and makes me walk down the memory lane. I have spent eleven years of my life in this school, and it was the most beautiful phase of my life. The overall journey had been so smooth and incredible that the thought of changing the school never even crossed my mind. Our school campus is enriched with lush green gardens, wide playgrounds, basketball courts, amphitheatres, well-equipped labs, well-resourced libraries, Educom facility; we were fortunate enough to get all the facilities possible. Academically, we had the best teachers in Jodhpur, guiding and teaching us on every step. I was always up for co-curricular activities; the school helped in enhancing my strengths and imbibed a sense of Sportsmanship in me. Vidhyashram conducts various activities like debates, quizzes, dancing and singing competition, Hindi Divas, and many more to keep up with the fun element. Vidhyashram has played a major role in shaping my personality and boosting my confidence. It was possible because my teachers always showed trust in me, and I can never thank them enough for always motivating me in keeping the step ahead.

I would like to thank all the teachers and administration on behalf of every student who has been a part of VIS group. We owe you for moulding and shaping us so we can lead in our respective careers and lives. Thank you for teaching us the difference between right and wrong and always guiding us towards the right path. Thank you for making us what we are today. I would like to congratulate our school on completing a beautiful journey of 19 years, and I am sure there are many more successful years coming by. I want to give a message to all the students of VIS that your parents have provided you with a wonderful platform; you have the best teachers and amazing resources at your end. Utilize them sincerely and efficiently. Study hard and make your parents proud. I believe that teachers have the ability to inspire, and they act as the pillar in a student’s life. Always respect them and have a feeling of gratitude towards them.

What does a school teach?

Basic Skills

Vidhyashram is one of the top schools in Jodhpur as it provides an environment where students start learning from the basics. The students start learning from preschool, they are taught to read and write the alphabets and numbers. A lot of fun activities are also conducted like drawing, sketching, singing and dancing that keeps the students engaged and avoids boredom.

Gain Knowledge

The world has abundant information that students must be aware of. And so, the students are taught history, biology, arts, maths, physics, geography and other subjects to widen their areas of knowledge. Students get to know about the struggles of our ancestors, the wars and battles that shaped our country, the intricacies of science and technology, and many other things.

Develop Your Talents

Schools give you a platform to showcase your talent and explore your interests. Vidhyashram focuses on the interests and hobbies of the students who would like to delve deeper into their chosen sport or art. If students are interested in football or basketball, they can be part of the football team and also learn from the coach, or if they like to read books or novels, they can regularly visit libraries and read various books.

No part of your life can replace your school life. It teaches some of the most amazing lessons in life; it teaches to make friends and build relationships with people. Relationships that sometimes can last forever. So, don’t miss a chance to enjoy every moment in school to its fullest.
