The meaning of success is different for everyone. For an artist, success might mean getting perfection in theart, the recognition it deserves or just being capable enough to make every creative idea work. Success for an entrepreneur might be the globalization of the company or just running a good, small business or providing quality servicefor local customers. We often consider success in terms of money, but success amounts to nothing if one is not happy.

First of allfind your passion. Some people know what their passions are but, some may have difficulty finding it. To learn what you are passionate about, you should pay attention to tasks you enjoy, want to spend your time on them and love to talk about them. In addition to that, recognizing, reflecting upon your hard and soft skills may help you understand your passions better and point you in the right direction. This will ensure your confidence, self-assurednessand natural talent. Also, it will make sure that following the path of your passion would lead you to excel in it.
Secondly, hard work is always required, no matter how passionate you are about your work. Sometimes hard work even exceeds talent. So, setting a goal and then working towards it is the only way to long term success. To be sure that you achieve what you want, you have to give your hundred percent.
Lastly, no journey is without ups and downs. Someday, you may feel like nothing can stop you and your goal is just a step away. Whereas some other days, no matter how passionate you are about your work, you may hate it. You may also feel that the problem slowing you down does not have a solution, you may feel lost. But, even after facing all the losses, the one who does not stop, the resilient one, is the one who succeeds.
