RAKSHABANDHAN CELEBRATION

Vidhyashram Kidz Play School celebrated Rakshabandhan marked by usual fervour and gaiety that one associates with this auspicious occasion.
Girls tied Rakhies on the hands of their classmates and teachers. Brothers gave sweets to their sisters. Teachers blessed the students. Girls of each and every class were very happy and with smiling faces. They also tied Rakhi to Principal Dr. Mrs. Bharti Swami as well as all the administration staff later Principal ma’am wished a very Happy Rakshabandhan to one and all with sweets distribution.
All in all, the celebration of this festival which signifies the beautiful family bond of trust helped the students to nurture a healthy relationship amongst all at school.
Vidhyashram Kidz Play School believes that celebration of festivals in schools is necessary. We feel that “Due to nuclear families, children today are deprived of true spirit of such festivals and such celebrations in school teach students about our traditions”.
