Poster Making Activity
Health care, Cleanliness and Environment are the burning issues of the day. Lots of efforts are being done all over the country to promote all the three issues. Under an initiative taken by Heart Care Foundation of India, the students of class X made posters depicting all the three facets. This activity was conducted in the school premises on 5th October 2019. The students made beautiful, creative and colorful posters to represent their understanding and thoughts about these socially relevant topics.
Dr. (Mrs.) Bharti Swami, Principal, Vidhyashram International School, said that activities like these help the students to take time and think about such grave issues that are relevant for an individual and society. They help the children to hone on their thinking skills, creative expression and contribution towards society as an individual. She added saying that it was a good opportunity for the children to practice Integration of ‘Art’ in their curriculum. Moreover, they also understood the importance of Health, Cleanliness and Environment.
