INVESTITURE CEREMONY
31st July 2019: It is indeed a matter of great pride and prestige when the buds of yesterday bloom into flowers and start spreading their fragrance Vidhyashram International School was proud and enthralled with the promise of a new beginning when a new batch of students took oath as the office bearers. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vinay Kumar Jain (Chairman), Dr (Mrs.) Bharti Swami (Principal), Gp. Cap. S.K. Sharma (Director), Mr. Om Singh Chudawat (Vice Principal), all the teachers and students.
The ceremony started with a solemn prayer followed by a crisp march by the Head Boy- Master Thathagat and Head Girl Miss Divya Bishnoi. They were sworn in by the Chairman, Madam Principal and Director Sir. Next the Sports Captain Master Sai Krishna and Sports Vice Captain Miss Vaishnavi took the oath of office.
Division of children into houses fasters a sense of belongingness and healthy competition. Ganga House representing optimism gentleness and spontaneity marched first followed by Yamuna house depicting vivaciousness and life. Krishna House marched in next representing courage and vibrance followed by Kaveri House depicting strength and patience. All the house captains then took the oath of office.
Discipline plays a vital role in fostering freedom and a sense of responsibility. The discipline incharges were then sworn in by the head boy.
Thus ended a truly awe inspiring, auspicious and well coordinated ceremony with the promise of making Vidhyashram International School a disciplined and self motivated cradle for learning and growing.
