Prof Murthy’s Workshop

An enlightening workshop was held for the teachers of Vidhyashram  by renowned Director of IIT Jodhpur, Prof Murthy. The distinguished professor, addressed the staff members and reiterated some important points which one needs to remember as a teacher. Prof C V R Murthy has been teaching at various IITs since 1993 and is actively involved in his research work of earthquake engineering. He is not only well experienced in classroom teaching but also gave some practical solutions in handling typical cases of teenagers. He advised teachers to focus on developing knowledge, skill and attitude in children and design a code of conduct for students and parents for smooth functioning. The workshop was not only informative, educating but extremely interesting as the facilitator managed to keep the audience involved till the very end.
