On 19th July 2019, Interact Club of VIS has pledged to safeguard environment, which is the need of the hour, by planting saplings in the school’s premises. This tree plantation drive was organized under the patronage and able guidance of the Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Bharti Swami. She planted a sapling and commented the wonderful efforts of the students to restore the eco-balance of the environment. She said that this tree plantation drive has not only empowered students with substantial knowledge of environment and plants but also enhanced their social skills.
