Visit to Army Area

The students  of  VIS , Jodhpur  were  provided   with an  opportunity  to witness  the  practical experience  of  army  life.  44 students attended a workshop at Konark Auditorium in army area.

There the young Indians were  told about  the  process  of joining  army. Major  Vinamra  Gupta  (Instructor at OTA, Gaya) told the  students  about the benefits  of  joining  the  Indian Army. Captain Errat Syam  and  Captain Nikita Gonga highlighted  the  role  of  army  during  war and  peace. Two real war  heroes  enthralled  the  students  by  sharing  their  experience  of  the  operations  in which more  than 15  LaT terrorists were  killed.

At  last, Lt. General R.K.Jagga, AVSM, VSM, delivered  a  motivational speech. He answered many questions asked by the students. Then they were taken to see the weapons used by army in war.

The visit was very beneficial to the students. Most of them got the inspiration and  felt  grateful to the defence forces.
