PSYCHOMETRIC TEST FOR TEACHERS

As per the orders of the central Board of secondary Education(CBSE) and to ensure that the children are safe, healthy, and successful in school and also to provide them with a productive and rewarding future, Vidhyashram International school , Jodhpur, decided to put all its staff through a psychometric evaluation on 29th Sept 2017. These tests are designed to measure a candidates suitability for a role based on the required personality.

Principal Dr (Mrs .) Bharti Swami speaking on the occasion said that these psychometric tests of the staff is a new concept and that the school is totally devoted towards the security and safety of the students. Director Gp Capt. S.K Sharma said that a psychometric test aims to provide a more objective view of a candidate’s ,strengths weaknesses ,working style and an overall view of his suitability.
