The teachings, programmes and philosophy of peace of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shanker are followed in Vidhyashram International School regularly. To help its staff get rid of stress and experience inner peace, the school offers ‘The Art of Living’ stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation and yoga. Absorbing new staff into the system, a training session of Sudarshan Kriya is organized in the school, which is a powerful yet simple rhythmic breathing technique that incorporates specific natural rhythms of the breath, harmonizing the body, mind and emotions.
