CONFERRED WITH BRITISH COUNCIL AWARD

Vidhyshram International School added yet another feather to its cap wherein it was conferred International School Award (ISA) by the British council. The prestigious award was given at a glittering ceremony held at Leela Ambience Convention Hall Delhi on 29 Nov 2016. Dr Bharti Swami Principal of Vidhyashram International school received this award of international fame on behalf of Vidhyshram School.

The school had applied for the prestigious award by British Council during the previous academic session (2015-16). A dedicated team of well qualified teachers was formed to fulfill the prerequisites for this recognition. As a result the entire academic session witnessed flurry of activities as per laid down norms of British Council involving preparing of projects of international standards, interaction, collaboration and information sharing with international schools and students by means of Skype and other IT means. Finally the effort put in by the team supported by students and staff of all the wings bore its fruits in achieving the objective of international recognition.

Sh Vinay Kumar Jain the director of school commended the effort of Vidhyashram fraternity and congratulated the ISA team and the staff for their dedication and hard work. Dr. Bharti Swami dedicated this achievement to staff, students and parents for their effort, support and cooperation as it would not have been possible to accomplish this daunting task without their active support and hard work in the very first attempt. Dr. Garima Bhati the ISA coordinator of the school delightfully added that Vidhyashram International School is the first school of Jodhpur to have bagged this coveted award by scoring 47/49 points.
